(CS:S) [TAS/Segmented] Bhop_sqee in 4:25

This video is a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun). This means it is not done in real time but rather using a plugin to do sections at a time. A strafe hack and strafe optimizer were also used. Host_timescale is used in parts that I could not do without the host_timescale lower than 1.
