We go over the different aspects of a TAS Market Profile Box where we look at the high value area, low value area, and point of control. In this video we will be talking a bit about the support and resistance levels that the boxes are designed to show on your charts.

This video isn't meant for advanced TAS Boxes users, these are just some general guidelines to help other traders using TAS Tools to understand how they preform on different markets.

TAS boxes trading indicators consist of 3 parts that make up each box. the (HVA) high value area, (LVA) low value area, and (POC) point of control lines.

The TAS Boxes high value area is denoted by a horizontal red line. The Low value area is denoted by a green horizontal line. The POC line is denoted by a blue horizontal line.

Any trader that is using TAS boxes must understand these basics of support and resistance outlining by the boxes to properly use them for trading.

When using TAS Market profile's boxes as a intraday trend indicator, you must understand the signifigance of the break of the high value area and low value areas. The boxes alone can be used as a solid trading system, but become even more powerful when combined with a basic analysis pattern to rule out one side of the market. We will be going into this intraday trend indicator strategy in a later video.
