Compared to Zelpiku's any% TAS (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VLKq...) this saved:
6 frames entering the Blooper
0 frames during Blooper fight
0 frames on Shine collect

Mine and Zelpiku's load times were not identical, as a result of using different versions of Dolphin. I don't see a point in timing this Shine in real time because of this. The end time of a TAS means nothing if Dolphin's load time alters it. This is 6 frames faster than the previous TAS record in the areas of having control over Mario.

So it's been a long time since I've uploaded on this channel. Oops. I've actually been quite active with doing TAS things across SA2:B, BfBB, Metroid Prime, and SMS, but nothing I've been doing felt right to upload here.
