The Telangana Academy of Sciences (TAS) is holding its first ever Telangana State Science Congress (TSSC-2018) from December 22 to 24 in association with the National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NITW). The NITW has come forward to organise the event as part of its Diamond Jubilee celebrations. The event also marks the 131st birth anniversary of the Indian Mathematical prodigal genius Srinivasa Ramanujan. December 22 is also observed as the ‘National Mathematics Day’
