How To Make Persian Tas Kabab (Beef Stew)
2 brown onions, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, sliced
1kg diced beef chuck
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 heaped tbsp tomato paste
4-5 cups water
1 tbsp saffron water
1 tsp quince paste/jam
