[TAS] Celeste "All C-Sides" in 3:35.764

This is an improvement of 15.5 seconds over the previous TAS - most of that is from a 10 second improvement in 8c found by Kilaye, but every level has been improved.
The changes made to 3/5/7C in the most recent patch did not affect this time much - the changes save about .2 seconds, mostly in 5c.
