This movie is a full warpless run-through by HappyLee (http://tasvideos.org/HappyLee.html) and Mars608.

It is a 0.70 (42 Frames @60 FPS) second improvement over the previous movie (http://tasvideos.org/3665M.html) by MrWint by the time Mario touches the final goal on Stage 8-4. Most of the improvement comes from faster Stage 5-1 involving a Bullet Bill and faster Stage 6-2 involving a vine.
