This is a Tool Assisted Speedrun from the Mini-Game Coaster in the Japanese version from Mario Party 2 in 45:29 on Hard Modus.
This run was calculate from first frame where the game start, to the last black frame after Shell Shocked with the Baby Bowsers at the end.
But i don't know why the the time is higher than the video.
