SM64: Last Impact - Conquer the Red Tower in 6"83 [TAS]

A TAS that came about by complete accident, but hey, whatever works! I'm sure this BLJ can be used for other stars in this course as well. Oh, and I used 569 rerecords. More to come!

Edit: 1 frame can be saved for sure because I realized I did a quickturn instead of killing speed by running into the BLJ spot and 0 inputting. I also lost a couple frames from choosing a star with a cutscene due to how SM64.org timing works.
