Tweaks to the new party swap route have shaved 12 seconds from Yellow NSC TAS, making it faster than the current blue TAS. We now get an encounter after the glitch mart because it's faster than soft resetting to prevent the encounter from happening, saving 6s, and we avoid flashing the pokedex which was a holdover from an old RTA route to save 5s. We also went from 7 swaps in party underflow to 6 by not clearing out the NidoF that shows in the hall of fame, which doesn't matter because last input for timing happens at the "1 Error" message before the hall of fame.
