[TAS] Mario Kart 64 FS SC 3Laps 21''08
Made this in on 7/18/2016. Didn't upload because I was hoping to improve it further but never got around to it. Uploading here since it does beat Fried's old 21"15. Improvement came on lap 1 due to a new strat of hopping into the AB turn. This saves two frames and is also a faster RTA strat. It allows you to turn faster. It's also related to "tornado" spins that can be done off CPU players or slopes.
