This TAS is a 293 frame improvement to a 9:47 finish from a previous 9:52 thanks to a new Pikachu DV manip from MrWint and other overall refinements to delays for RNG manipulation. In this video I try to cover all of the new frames discovered recently in Yellow NSC TASes including fast options, the screen wipe glitch when Oak catches Pikachu, and the new series of party swaps at the end.
