E-SWAT: City Under Siege is a story about a cop who dreams of wearing a cybernetic jetpack suit and becoming a killing machine. His dream comes true.

More seriously, this game stars the police officer Duke Oda trying to clean up the crime in the city of Liberty and fight the crime organization E.V.E. The variety of available weapons, and the use of a jetpack (denoted Burner), make this an entertaining action-packed movie.
