[TAS] Project M Target Smash Level 1: All Characters in 8:36:20

This is about four minutes and 18 seconds faster than the RTA world record for the category. Time starts when Wario is selected, and ends when Sonic breaks the last target.

Because I looked at suboptimal routes for some characters while TASing the full run, this is still improvable by some amount of time. I went and made improved versions of some characters' runs, and they can be seen after the full run is over.

Overall, most characters in a full run of this are exactly the same as if you could do these on an individual level basis. Others, like King Dedede and Olimar, can have suboptimal times in a full run because of how much RNG plays a role (With Dedede's Waddle Dee Toss and Olimar's Pikmin being the cause).
