[TAS] Project M: The Subspace Emissary: The Jungle Fight Skip

I've managed to save around 9.4 seconds across the entire level, in comparison to the old TAS, even when taking into account how the old TAS has faster loading times. This is thanks to overall better optimization, better RNG, and a newly utilized fight skip that I found when making the Hyperspeed Edition TAS.
