[TAS] Project M: The Subspace Emissary: Skyworld in 1:12.66

This saves 951 frames (Almost 16 seconds) over my previous TAS I made in 2016, thanks to overall optimization, the fight skip I did in my last go-around with a patched ISO, and a new "autoscroller skip" I recently found. You're normally supposed to ride the purple cloud platform and wait for the camera to regain free movement, but you can use the Debug Mode's camera lock feature to (Ironically) prevent the camera from getting stuck. The details in execution are similar to the Lake autoscroller skip, so you can find that video on my channel. It only saves like 9 frames or so in comparison to not doing it (I could've done better camera movement, but I just couldn't find a predictable method for it), but hey. It's still something.
